Where oh where did June go? It went by way too fast! Here are some of the things we enjoyed this month...

Amanda graduated from 5th grade and elementary school. She got all A's and A+'s on her report card. She received the Presidential Academic Excellence. Her teacher was Ms. Simpson.

We wrapped up baseball season the first week of June.

Jake had his end-of-season party at one of the coaches' houses. They had a great time.

They had this really cool zip line off of their play set.

They also had a pool -aka "bath." Trevor kept trying to pull off his clothes. We thought maybe he needed a diaper change. He kept saying "ba." I finally realized he was saying "bath" because he wanted to get in the pool. Even though it was very cold, he was thrilled to be in the water.

Karl took a long weekend and we went over to Northern VA to spend time with cousins. On our way, we stopped at the National Air and Space Museum Udvar-Hazy Center. It was amazing.

This is the actual plane that dropped the first nuclear bomb on Japan during WW II.

This is a Concorde jet that made the first and the last commercial flight for Air France across the Atlantic. It could make it from London to NYC in 3 hours!

We spent the next day with cousins watching Hannah play in a softball tournament.

It was a very hot day. We tried to shade ourselves from the sun.

Two weeks ago, Jake went to a basketball camp for a week. He had such a great time working on skills and learning to play the game better.

Jake spent last week at Lums Pond State Park for Cub Scout Day Camp. He had a really great time. He got to use a slingshot, bow and arrow, and many other things. He's 'camped out'.
